Website and MVP terms.
Effective 7 August 2026. These terms apply to strugend.com and the public STRUGEND assurance demonstration.
Early-stage demonstration
The public MVP is an early-stage product demonstration. It uses deterministic examples and is not a production security, compliance, payment or authorization service. Do not rely on it to approve or block real-world actions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use the service to make unauthorized decisions about people or property.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize us to process it to operate the service, respond to you and evaluate a potential collaboration. Do not submit secrets, payment credentials, health data or other sensitive information through the public forms or MVP.
Intellectual property
STRUGEND’s website, product design, software, marks and research materials are owned by STRUGEND PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. These terms do not grant a licence except the limited right to access the public service for its intended purpose.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis during development and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, STRUGEND is not responsible for decisions, losses or actions based on the public demonstration.
